How to Request a Return
Email us at sales@labubumx.store with your order number and the reason for return.
Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
